摘要
随着煤矿机械化生产水平的不断提高,矿山建设正朝着智能化、数字化的方向发展.当前中国部分矿山的数字化建设还存在较多问题,一定程度限制了煤矿的发展.为此,首先对数字矿山的概念及建设现状进行了概述.其次以A煤矿为例进行了数字矿山建设问题的分析,大体包括信息基础、投入及人才资源等方面.最后针对信息基础薄弱问题,从信息基础设施建设、智能化掘进建设、智能化采煤系统建设、安全监控系统建设等方面提出对应的数字矿山建设策略,以期促进煤矿企业实现良好发展.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of mechanized production level in coal mines,mining construction is developing towards intelligence and digitization.There are still many problems in the digital construction of some mines in China,which to some extent limits the development of coal mines.Therefore,this paper first provided an overview of the concept and construction status of digital mines.Secondly,it took A Coal Mine as an example to analyze the problems of digital mine construction,which generally included information foundation,investment,and talent resources.Finally,in response to the problem of weak information infrastructure,it proposed corresponding digital mining construction strategies from the aspects of information infrastructure construction,intelligent excavation construction,intelligent coal mining system construction,safety monitoring system construction,etc.,in order to promote the good development of coal mining enterprises.
