以山西A矿侧卷式风门为例,基于不同工况条件下煤矿侧卷式风门对巷道风量的影响,介绍了 1 种分析方法.该方法将风门规格尺寸、材料特性等参数录入到ANSYS软件(有限元分析软件)中,由该软件自动构建出风门的有限元模型,然后根据煤矿井下作业的实际情况,分别设计出不同的风门风速,以此为基础,分别模拟不同工况条件下巷道内风量的变化情况及阻力变化情况,并对其进行分析,方便准确调节风门.通过验证,该方法具有一定的应用价值.
Study on Side Roll Damper in Coal Mine and Its Influence on Air Volume in Roadway
Taking side roll damper in Shanxi A Mine as an example,based on the influence of side roll damper on roadway air volume under different working conditions,an analysis method was introduced.In this method,parameters such as the size and material characteristics of the damper were input into ANSYS software(Finite Element Analysis software),the finite element model of the damper was automatically constructed by the software,and then different wind speed of the damper was designed according to the actual situation of underground operation in the coal mine,on this basis,the changes of air volume and resistance in the roadway under different working conditions were simulated respectively and analyzed to facilitate accurate adjustment of the damper.Through the verification,the method has certain application value.
