针对煤矿井下开采的特殊地质环境,智能化开采面临着高精度超前探测及数据汇总分析预测等难题,这是由于透明工作面开采模型构建中的数据采集不完善而造成的分析精度较差、开掘空间信息与地质赋存联动性不足、数据的多源汇总生成技术不完善等问题,因此,采用多源数据采集分析、高精度模型构建、开采环境与采掘信息实时联动等构建透明化工作面控制平台,提高了煤矿复杂开采环境中地质信息与采掘工艺活动的适用性,为透明化工作面的研究提供了新的思路.
Construction Technology for Transparent Working Faces in Coal Mines
Due to the special geological environment of underground coal mining,intelligent mining faces challenges such as high-precision advanced detection and data collection,analysis,and prediction.This is due to incomplete data collection in the construction of transparent working face mining models,resulting in poor analysis accuracy,insufficient linkage between excavation space information and geological occurrence,and incomplete technology for multi-source data collection and generation.Therefore,multi-source data collection and analysis,high-precision model construction,real-time linkage between mining environment and mining information were adopted to construct a transparent working face control platform,which can improve the applicability between geological information and mining process activities in complex mining environments,providing new ideas for the research of transparent chemical working faces.
