Intelligent Control of Multi-machine Drive Power Balance of Underground Belt Conveyors in Coal Mines
Belt conveyor is the key equipment for material transportation in coal mine.Multi-machine drive can achieve large volume and high transportation efficiency.Power balance achieved through intelligent control methods can ensure that each drive motor works together to avoid inefficiency caused by uneven power distribution.Based on the above requirements,an intelligent control system for multi-machine drive power balance of underground belt conveyors in coal mines was designed.The system covers scheduling layer and control layer,and realizes data transmission and motor speed control through RS-232 interface and CAN(Controller Area Network)bus.By monitoring and collecting the motor power,designing the open-loop control and applying the adaptive parameter adjustment model,the system realizes the stable operation of the inverter under the maximum load condition,and the output voltage and current are maintained near the rated value,which proves the good stability and reliability of the system.
