煤矿综采工作面过地质构造回采工艺改造提升分析

将YW煤矿一工作面回采过程中遇到的断层问题作为研究对象,在对工作面回采工艺进行优化之前,该工作面出现了明显的破岩难度大、设备损害严重等问题,结合实际地质情况,采用了深孔预裂爆破回采工艺,同时为了保证工作面回采过程的安全性,提出了"深孔注浆+管棚支护+锚棚支护"的复合型支护方案.在对工作面回采工艺进行针对性的优化后,采煤机破岩的难度随之下降,工作面回采效率涨至 6 m/d,设备故障率相对于先前出现了明显的下降,下降幅度接近 70% .通过对断层区域采取联合支护的方式,实现了对断层区域围岩变形的有效控制,应用效果明显.
Transformation and Upgrading of Mining Technology of Fully-mechanized Coal Mining Face through Geological Structure
The fault problems encountered in the mining process of a working face in YW Coal Mine were taken as the research object.Before the mining process of the working face was optimized,obvious problems such as difficult rock breaking and serious equipment damage appear at the working face.Combined with the actual geological conditions,the mining process of deep-hole pre-split blasting was adopted,and the composite support scheme of"deep-hole grouting+pipe shed support+anchor shed support"was put forward,in order to ensure the safety of the working face mining process.After the targeted optimization of the working face mining technology,the difficulty of rock breaking of the shearer was reduced,the mining efficiency of the working face was increased to 6 m/d,and the equipment failure rate has decreased significantly compared with the previous one,with a decrease of nearly 70% .By adopting the method of joint support to the fault area,the effective control of the deformation of the surrounding rock in the fault area was realized,and the application effect was obvious.
