摘要
煤矿矿山安全的特殊性及如何对其进行有效的安全管理一直是煤矿企业重点关注的问题.煤炭行业是 1 个高风险行业,在生产过程中存在着诸多安全隐患,因此,建立 1 套科学高效的煤矿安全管理体系至关重要.从安全生产管理的基本理论出发,分析了煤矿矿山安全的特殊性,详细阐述了现有煤矿矿山安全管理存在的问题和不足,针对现有问题重点探讨了煤矿安全管理的方法和措施,制定了预防控制机制和安全管理体系.
Abstract
The particularity of coal mine safety and how to carry out effective safety management have always been the focus of attention of coal mining enterprises.Coal industry is a high-risk industry,there are many safety hazards in the production process,therefore it is very important to establish a scientific and efficient coal mine safety management system.Based on the basic theory of production safety management,the particularity of coal mine safety was analyzed,the existing problems and deficiencies of coal mine safety management were elaborated,the methods and measures of coal mine safety management were focused on aiming at existing problems,and the prevention and control mechanism and safety management system was formulated.
