State Perception and Analysis of Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
The fully mechanized mining face in coal mines is constantly developing towards intelligence.When using hydraulic supports for tunnel support,it is necessary to improve the perception ability of the support status to provide data support for intelligent control and production in coal mines.The key state data directly monitored by the support includes pressure and support posture perception.This paper explored the state perception system of hydraulic supports,analyzed the pressure perception and pose perception methods of hydraulic supports,and took the state perception of the support plate as an example to verify the accuracy of the kinematic calculation formula,which can accurately express the motion characteristics of the support at any time.Finally,it discussed the optimization direction of state perception,in order to improve the state perception level of hydraulic supports and help the intelligent development of mines.
