摘要

崔家沟煤矿作为高瓦斯矿井,煤层最厚区域达到 19 m,为治理 2311 综放面瓦斯问题,首先采用本煤层顺层预抽钻孔和千米定向钻技术对工作面瓦斯进行了预抽,接着在工作面回采期间采用高位钻、千米定向钻、插管技术边采边抽.在实施综合措施后,2311 综放面平均瓦斯含量降低至了 1.81 m3/t,回采期间回风巷最大瓦斯体积分数为 0.4%,上隅角最大瓦斯体积分数为 0.6%,证明了该治理措施效果良好.

Abstract

Cuijiagou Coal Mine is a high gas mine,with the thickest area of the coal seam reaching 19 m.In order to address the gas problem in 2311 fully mechanized caving face,the pre-extraction drilling along layer and kilometer directional drilling techniques were used in this coal seam to pre-extract gas from the working face.During the mining process of the working face,high-level drilling,kilometer directional drilling,and pipe insertion techniques were used for simultaneous extraction.After the effective implementation of comprehensive measures,the average gas content of 2311 fully mechanized caving face decreased to 1.81 m3/t.During the mining period,the maximum gas volume fraction in the return airway was 0.4%,and the maximum gas volume fraction in the upper corner was 0.6%,which proves that the control measure is effective.
