摘要
在煤矿智能化时代的大背景下,通风机作为煤矿的关键设备,非常有必要实现智能化控制.通风机智能化控制的核心在于实施智能变频调速控制.分析了智能变频调速控制的原理,主要包括通风数据采集、数据分析和控制指令,探讨了智能变频调速控制的优点,包括能够提高通风机控制的稳定性、降低能耗、提高安全性等.研究可以为煤矿智能化建设提供一定的参考.
Abstract
In the context of the era of intelligent coal mining,it is very necessary to achieve intelligent control of ventilators as key equipment in coal mines.The core of intelligent control for ventilators lies in the implement of intelligent variable frequency speed control.This paper analyzed the principle of intelligent variable frequency speed control,mainly including ventilation data collection,data analysis,and control instructions.It explored the advantages of intelligent variable frequency speed control,including improving the stability of ventilator control,reducing energy consumption,and improving safety.The research can provide some reference for the intelligent construction of coal mines.
