摘要

在煤矿井下的支护中,液压支架作为工作面"三机"(即采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支架)之一,需要积极做好其供液系统的智能化升级.结合部分煤矿企业的矿采作业来看,传统恒定的供液系统导致支架存在跟机速度迟缓、压力波动大等问题,不利于发挥支架的支护价值.为此,基于对供液系统及支架不同动作压力特性的了解,提出由PLC控制的自适应支架供液系统.从硬件组成和控制算法等方面对系统方案进行了讨论,得出供液系统可对卸荷阀进行自动开闭控制、对供液流量进行自适应调节.对智能供液系统进行实践应用后,发现该系统能提高综采工作面的支护安全性和"三机"协同运行效率.

Abstract

In the support of coal mines underground,hydraulic supports,as one of the"three machines"of the working face(i.e.coal mining machine,scraper conveyor,and hydraulic support),need to actively upgrade their hydraulic supply system intelligently.Based on the mining operations of some coal mining enterprises,the traditional constant liquid supply system leads to problems such as slow follow-up speed and large pressure fluctuations in the support,which is not conducive to realizing the support value of the support.Therefore,based on the understanding of the different operating pressure characteristics of the liquid supply system and support,an adaptive support liquid supply system controlled by PLC was proposed.The system scheme was discussed from the aspects of hardware composition and control algorithms,and it was found that the liquid supply system can automatically control the opening and closing of the unloading valve and adaptively adjust the liquid supply flow rate.After practical application of the intelligent liquid supply system,it was found that the system can improve the support safety of the fully mechanized mining face and the efficiency of the coordinated operation of the"three machines".
