煤炭洗选工艺技术应用现状及改造分析

摘要
中国煤炭资源储备量丰富,短时间内煤炭仍会作为主要能源使用.为提升煤炭资源利用率,应用和改造煤炭洗选工艺技术具有重要意义.因此,在分析煤炭洗选工艺技术应用现状的基础上,对常见洗选工艺及发展趋势作出介绍,针对传统工艺技术体系暴露出的自动化、智能化不足问题,在优化原有工艺的基础上,提出自动化煤炭洗选系统,以实现对煤炭洗选工艺的改造.改造后的洗选工艺能够根据不同的要求实现自动控制,洗选效率和精度均得到显著提升,大幅提高产品质量.
Abstract
China is rich in coal reserves,and coal will still be used as the main energy source in a short time.In order to improve the utilization rate of coal resources,it is of great significance to apply and transform coal washing technology.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the application status of coal washing technology,the common washing process and development trend were introduced.In view of the lack of automation and intelligence exposed by the traditional process technology system,on the basis of optimizing the original process,an automatic coal washing system was proposed to realize the transformation of coal washing process.The modified washing process can realize automatic control according to different requirements,and the washing efficiency and precision are significantly improved,and the product quality is greatly improved.
