摘要
探讨了煤矿皮带机在安装调试阶段常见的故障问题,总结了跑偏、皮带松驰、电机启动困难、减速机异常、链条断裂等故障类型.通过分析每种故障的原因,提出相应的处理方法,如调整装置、修复部件等,以确保皮带机的安全运行.通过此研究,可提高矿山生产效率,减少设备故障对生产造成的影响.
Abstract
This paper explored the common fault problems of coal mine belt conveyors during installation and debugging,and summarized the types of faults such as deviation,belt looseness,difficulty in starting the motor,abnormal reducer,and chain breakage.By analyzing the causes of each fault,it proposed corresponding handling methods,such as adjusting the device,repairing components,etc.,to ensure the safe operation of the belt conveyor.Through this study,mining production efficiency can be improved and the impact of equipment faults on production can be reduced.
