槽型分离器在直燃生物质电厂中的应用

摘要
生物质发电属于清洁能源.直燃生物质锅炉相较于燃煤锅炉具有诸多优势,其中包括燃烧效率高、污染物排放低以及CO2 零排放等,但也存在比燃煤锅炉更多的结焦和积灰现象.为解决这些问题,提出了增加槽型分离器的方法.通过分析不同生物质燃料的燃烧特性,推导出飞灰基础属性,如挥发分含量、灰熔点和灰化度等.介绍了槽型分离器的基本原理,并建立了分离效率与槽体排数、飞灰粒径、烟气速度之间的关系模型,得出了最优安装方案.在直燃生物质机组上成功应用槽型分离器,有效缓解了烟道结焦、积灰问题.加装槽型分离器有助于优化设计和最优化运行直燃生物质机组,助力国家"双碳"目标的实现.
Abstract
The electricity generated by biomass belongs to clean energy.Compared to coal-fired boilers,direct-fired biomass boilers have many advantages,including high combustion efficiency,low pollutant emissions,and zero CO2 emissions.However,there are also more coking and ash accumulation phenomena than coal-fired boilers.To solve these problems,a method of adding U-beam separators was proposed.By analyzing the combustion characteristics of different biomass fuels,the basic properties of fly ash,such as volatile content,ash melting point,and ashing degree,were derived.The basic principle of trough separator was introduced,and a relationship model between separation efficiency and the number of trough rows,fly ash particle size,and flue gas velocity was established.The optimal installation plan was obtained.The successful application of U-beam separators in direct-fired biomass units has effectively alleviated the problems of flue coking and ash accumulation.The installation of U-beam separators helps optimize the design and operation of direct-fired biomass units,helping to achieve the national"dual carbon"goals.
