摘要
电力行业是碳达峰工作的重要载体和重点方向,在支撑国民经济发展的同时,也是中国碳排放的主要行业,是实现碳达峰目标的关键所在.聚焦电力行业,梳理了国家政策背景,并从数据核算、标准构建、平台赋能、碳市场发展、新型电力系统建设等层面深入分析了碳达峰工作成效,有针对性地提出了企业内部试点、多维度联合等落地建议,助力碳达峰稳步实现.
Abstract
The power industry is an important carrier and key direction for carbon peaking work.While supporting national economic development,it is also a major industry in China's carbon emissions,and is the key to achieving carbon peaking goals.Focusing on the power industry,this paper summarized the national policy background and analyzed the effectiveness of carbon peaking work from the perspectives of data accounting,standard construction,platform empowerment,carbon market development,and new power system construction,and proposed the targeted suggestions for internal pilot projects and multi-dimensional collaboration to help achieve carbon peaking steadily.
