摘要

煤矿掘进机电设备具有高耗能和高复杂性.研究了变频节能、能源回收、热能综合利用、智能控制等节能技术在设备节能中的应用,强调了它们对提高生产效率、保障工人安全及减轻环境负担的重要性.通过评估节能潜力,提出从技术改进和管理体系优化等方面实现更高效的能源利用,支持煤炭行业的可持续发展.

Abstract

The coal mining electromechanical equipment is of high energy consumption and complexity.The application of frequency conversion energy saving,energy recovery,comprehensive utilization of heat energy,intelligent control and other energy-saving technologies in equipment energy saving was studied,and their importance in improving production efficiency,ensuring worker safety and reducing environmental burden was emphasized.By evaluating the energy saving potential,it was proposed to achieve more efficient energy utilization from the aspects of technical improvement and management system optimization,in order to support the sustainable development of coal industry.
