摘要
介绍了发电厂汽轮机组的应用特点,分析了影响发电厂汽轮机组能耗的因素,探讨了发电厂汽轮机组的节能降耗措施,包括优化设备设计,改善运行参数,降低启动、运行及停机能耗,提高给水温度和提高维护保养程度等.通过研究发现,这些措施的应用可以有效降低发电厂汽轮机组的能耗,提高能源利用效率.
Abstract
The application characteristics of steam turbine units in power plants were introduced,the factors that affect the energy consumption of steam turbine units in power plants were analyzed,and the measures for energy saving and consumption reduction of steam turbine units in power plants were discussed,including optimizing equipment design,improving operation parameters,reducing energy consumption of start-up,operation and shutdown,raising feed water temperature and improving maintenance degree.It was found that the application of these measures can effectively reduce the energy consumption of steam turbine units in power plants and improve the efficiency of energy utilization.
