Application of Automatic Control System in Fully-mechanized Mining Face of Baizhuang Coal Mine
The application of automatic control system in coal mine fully-mechanized mining face was mainly discussed.The main components of automatic control system were introduced,and the application of the system in 80106 fully-mechanized mining face of Baizhuang Coal Mine was analyzed.Through the introduction of intelligent monitoring equipment and sensor network,real-time collection of all kinds of data in the mine can be realized,and the data analysis theory and methods were used for in-depth analysis,in order to predict and prevent possible dangerous.At the same time,the automatic control technology was applied to realize the remote control and optimization of the mine equipment,and improve the production efficiency.The implementation results showed that the application of the scheme significantly improved the safety of the mine production,reduced the accident rate,and improved the production efficiency.
