摘要
针对中国电力行业绿色、低碳、高质量发展的新形势,立足于电力行业完善短板,防范风险,优化现有资源,调整结构,转变发展方式,增加存量,突出电力行业发展绿色资产的重要意义.提出拓展绿色资产的种类,主动挖掘丰富的绿色资源,运用新技术,以达到节能减排的目的,为中国"双碳"目标的实现提供坚实的能源支持.
Abstract
In view of the new situation of green,low-carbon and high-quality development of China's power industry,it is important to improve the shortcomings of the power industry,prevent risks,optimize the existing resources,adjust the structure,change the development mode,increase the stock,and highlight the importance of developing green assets in the power industry.It is proposed to expand the types of green assets,actively explore rich green resources,and use new technologies to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction,and provide solid energy support for the realization of China's"dual carbon"goals.
