Stress Characteristics and Advanced Support Technology of Fully Mechanized Mining Face
In coal mine mining tunnels, the passive advanced support of single hydraulic pillars+hinged top beams has high risk factors and high support intensity, which to some extent affects the safety and efficiency of coal mine mining. For this purpose, taking the fully mechanized mining of a certain coal mine as an example,an overview of coal mining engineering was first provided, and then the stress distribution law of the fully mechanized mining face was briefly described.Secondly,an active anchor cable advanced support method was proposed in the belt roadway, and numerical simulation was used to explore the stress distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock under this method, ensuring the rationality of the application of the active anchor cable advanced support technology. Finally, field experiments were conducted on the advanced support method, and it was found that the maximum displacement of the two sides and the top plate was relatively small, indicating a high overall safety value.
