煤矿煤巷快速掘进工艺与围岩控制技术探究

在矿采技术升级中,快速掘进工艺得到了广泛应用,不过在结合巷道围岩控制和快速掘进工艺的情况下,容易受到采动及井下复杂环境影响,出现支护问题.为此,以一煤矿 1440 工作面运输巷的掘进为例,先进行地质环境及快速掘进工艺的分析,为支护控制提供数据支持.其次,从数值仿真模拟角度开展研究,能明确支护参数取值范围,设计3 种支护方案,并在验证后可基于快速掘进机组工艺完成围岩支护方案的设计.最后开展工业性试验,以期可以提高巷道支护的安全性.
Rapid Driving Technology and Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Coal Roadway in Coal Mines
In the upgrading of mining technology,rapid driving technology has been widely used,but when combined with the control of roadway surrounding rock and rapid driving technology,it is easy to be affected by mining and complex underground environment,resulting in support problems.Therefore,the geological environment and rapid driving technology were analyzed to provide data support for support control by taking the driving of transport roadway of 1440 working face in a coal mine as an example.Then,research was carried out from the perspective of numerical simulation,which can clarify the value range of support parameters.Three support schemes were designed,and the design of surrounding rock support schemes was completed based on the technology of rapid driving unit after verification.Finally,industrial tests were carried out to improve the safety of roadway support.
