摘要

全面剖析了综采工作面过断层采煤技术,研究了技术的发展历程、现状与未来挑战.一方面,强调地质勘测、断层识别技术,深度解析了断层对工作面的潜在影响.另一方面,提出了优化策略,包括适应断层的采煤机与设备、支架与辅助设备的调整,并深入讨论了过断层采煤的安全管理、预防措施,以及对环境的可持续性策略.通过对技术应用与实际问题的分析,总结过断层采煤技术在实际工作面的应用和挑战,为未来研究提供了深远展望,为该领域的可持续发展提供了全面指导.

Abstract

The cross-fault coal mining technology of fully-mechanized mining face was comprehensively analyzed,and the development history,current situation and future challenges of the technology were studied.On the one hand,the geological survey and fault identification technology were emphasized,and the potential impact of faults on the working face was deeply analyzed.On the other hand,the optimization strategy was put forward,including the adjustment of shearer and equipment,support and auxiliary equipment to adapt to the fault,and the safety management,preventive measures and environmental sustainability strategies of cross-fault coal mining were discussed in depth.Through the analysis of technical application and practical problems,the application and challenges of cross-fault coal mining technology in practical working face were summarized,which can provide a far-reaching prospect for future research and provide a comprehensive guide for the sustainable development of this field.
