综采工作面刮板输送机直线度检测及调直技术研究

在综采工作面推进期间,刮板输送机受开采设备和开采条件的影响,其直线度容易出现偏差,从而给煤炭的高效回采造成了一定的影响.因此,对 217 综采工作面刮板输送机的姿态进行了分析,构建了刮板输送机直线度检测及调直系统,具体通过FBG曲率传感器实现了对刮板输送机直线度的实时监测,并基于检测结果进行动态调直.现场应用后,证明了该系统可以实现刮板输送机的直线度检测和动态调直,确保刮板输送机直线度始终在允许范围内,从而为采面煤炭的高效回采创造了良好的条件.
Straightness Detection and Straightening Technology of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
During the advancement of the fully mechanized mining face,the straightness of the scraper conveyor is prone to deviation due to the influence of mining equipment and mining conditions,which has a certain impact on the efficient recovery of coal.Therefore,the posture of the scraper conveyor in 217 fully mechanized mining face was analyzed,and a straightness detection and straightening system for the scraper conveyor was constructed.Specifically,real-time monitoring of the straightness of the scraper conveyor was achieved through FBG curvature sensors,and dynamic straightening was carried out based on the detection results.After on-site application,it has been proven that the system can achieve straightness detection and dynamic straightening of the scraper conveyor,ensuring that the straightness of the scraper conveyor is always within the allowable range,thus creating good conditions for efficient coal mining in the mining face.
