摘要

蒙华铁路集义隧道全长为 15 417 m,属于高瓦斯隧道,共布置了 4 条通风竖井.该隧道采取反井法施工竖井,并结合具体工程情况,使用正循环潜孔锤技术进行导孔施工,反井钻机进行扩孔施工,在安装井架后采取锚网喷支护,最终形成了直径为 2.0 m的竖井.实践表明,竖井施工后的偏斜角度较小,4 号竖井施工效果良好,其偏斜率不超过0.2%,此次项目施工效率高,是中国现阶段反井法一次成井深度最大的施工实践.

Abstract

The Jiyi Tunnel of Menghua Railway has a total length of 15 417 m and is a high gas tunnel,with a total of 4 ventilation shafts arranged.The tunnel adopted the reverse well method to construct the vertical shaft,and combined with the specific engineering situation,used the positive circulation down-hole hammer technology for guide hole construction,the raise boring machine for hole expansion construction,and after installing the shaft frame,anchor mesh spray support was adopted,ultimately forming a vertical shaft with a diameter of 2.0 m.Practice shows that the deviation angle after the construction of the vertical shaft is relatively small,and the construction effect of the No.4 vertical shaft is good,with a deviation rate of no more than 0.2%.This project has high construction efficiency and is currently the construction practice in China with the largest depth of single well completion using the raise boring machine.
