Deformation Analysis and Optimized Support Design of Roadway in Fault Fracture Zone
Fault is one of the common geological structures in coal mining, and the stability and deformation of roadways affected by fault fracture zones are poor.By analyzing the deformation characteristics of the YF1 fault fracture zone in the transportation channel of 020202 working face of Qingyun Coal Mine, the development of cracks in this fault zone was explored. It could be inferred that due to a small amount of water seepage, the fault zone became muddy and the bearing capacity decreased, resulting in deformation of the roadway. In response to this situation, the support design was optimized, and grouting anchor cables were added to the roadway floor, improving the bearing capacity and stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway. This not only ensures the safe production of the working face, but also provides technical reference for subsequent roadway fault crossing.
