摘要

为解决胡底煤矿高瓦斯高突出矿井采掘接替紧张的问题,开展了底抽巷快速掘进技术研究及应用工作.根据胡底煤矿的地质条件,分析了围岩破坏及稳定性的控制机理,优化了掘进支护参数,改进了掘进工艺和施工工序,在显著提升巷道掘进速度的同时保证了巷道支护的效果.现场应用结果表明,1307 底抽巷月掘进效率同比提高了 47%,同时巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,对于类似采掘接替紧张的高瓦斯矿井的治理提供了参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of tight replacement between mining and excavation of high gas and high outburst mines in Hudi Coal Mine,research and application of rapid excavation technology for bottom drainage roadways were carried out.Based on the geological conditions of Hudi Coal Mine,the control mechanism of surrounding rock failure and stability was analyzed,and the excavation support parameters were optimized.The excavation process and construction procedures were improved,significantly improving the excavation speed while ensuring the effectiveness of roadway support.The on-site application results show that the monthly excavation efficiency of the 1307 bottom drainage roadway increases by 47%year-on-year,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled,providing a reference for the treatment of similar high gas mines with alternating tension between mining and excavation.
