摘要
旨在研究综采工作面刮板输送机的故障原因及处理措施,以提高采煤生产的效率和安全性.通过对电机故障、输送带故障和刮板输送机结构故障进行分析,提出了相应的处理措施.为综采工作面刮板输送机的维护和管理提供了有力支持.
Abstract
The purpose was to study the failure causes and treatment measures of scraper conveyor in fully-mechanized mining face,so as to improve the efficiency and safety of coal mining production.Based on the analysis of motor fault,conveyor belt fault and scraper conveyor structure fault,the corresponding treatment measures were put forward,which can provide a strong support for the maintenance and management of the scraper conveyor in fully-mechanized mining face.
