摘要
主提升是原煤提升运输的关键环节,其提升能力制约着矿井的生产能力,随着矿井机械化程度的提高,矿井生产能力也逐渐增大,提高矿井提升能力成了急需攻克的难题.为满足年产量需求,在确保生产安全的基础上需要进一步提高提升机的提升能力.结合倡源煤业提升机升级改造案例,从经济、技术的角度分析提升机提升能力改造方案的可行性和最终的改造效果.
Abstract
The main hoist is the key link of raw coal lifting transportation,the lifting capacity of which restricts the production capacity of the mine.With the improvement of the degree of mechanization of the mine,the production capacity of the mine is gradually increasing.Improving the mine lifting capacity has become an urgent problem to overcome,in order to meet the annual production demand.On the basis of ensuring production safety,it is necessary to further improve the lifting capacity of the hoist.Based on the upgrading case of hoists in Changyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the feasibility and final effect of the upgrading plan of hoist lifting capacity were analyzed from the view of economy and technology.
