Safety Evaluation Method of Steel Wire Rope for Coal Mine Hoist
The safety evaluation method of steel wire rope in coal mine industry was studied,and a new evaluation method was proposed,which comprehensively considered the operating environment,load condition,wear degree and fatigue damage.The safety of steel wire rope was evaluated comprehensively by analyzing the influence factors of the use environment of steel wire rope,the influence factors of the load condition of steel wire rope and the evaluation methods of the wear degree and fatigue damage of steel wire rope.The experiment shows that this method is of great significance for improving the safety of steel wire rope and prolonging its service life,and has guiding significance for the safety production of coal industry.
