Development and Application of Pneumatic Rapid Coal Slurry-water Separation Device for Underground Coal Mines
Aiming at the current situation that multi-stage drainage points are often used for underground drainage in coal mines,the water extracted during the drainage process contains a large amount of coal slag and rock debris particles.After long-term drainage,the mixture of coal slag and rock debris particles with coal shale powder will cause the drainage pipeline diameter to decrease,causing pressure and burden to the mine drainage system.A pneumatic vibration coal slurry-water separation device was designed and developed to address this situation,realizing rapid solid-liquid separation of high impurity wastewater in underground mines has the advantages of high separation efficiency,low labor intensity,multiple uses of one machine,and strong adaptability.The application of the device can avoid high cost investment in power facilities,reduce the frequency of maintenance of underground drainage systems,and improve the efficiency of drainage system usage.
