煤矿通风系统阻力测定及降阻优化措施研究

以古县登福康煤矿的通风系统为例,对通风系统阻力进行了全面测定,总结了通风系统存在的问题,结合煤矿的实际通风情况,制定了针对性的优化措施.对改造后的通风效果进行分析,可以得知,通风阻力下降到了 1 400 Pa左右,回风段的通风阻力下降到了 720 Pa左右,整个通风主扇的排风量为 60 m3/s,有效风量达到了 56 m3/s,整体漏风率下降到了 3%,由此表明,本次优化和改造措施取得了良好的效果.
Resistance Measurement and Resistance Reduction Optimization Measures of Coal Mine Ventilation System
Taking the ventilation system of Dengfukang Coal Mine in Guxian County as an example,the resistance of the ventilation system was measured comprehensively,the problems of the ventilation system were summarized,and the targeted optimization measures were formulated according to the actual ventilation situation of the coal mine.According to the analysis of the ventilation effect after the transformation,it can be seen that the ventilation resistance was reduced to about 1 400 Pa,the ventilation resistance in the return air section was reduced to about 720 Pa,the exhaust air volume of the whole ventilation main fan was 60 m3/s,the effective air volume reached 56 m3/s,and the overall air leakage rate was reduced to 3%,which proved that the optimization and reconstruction measures achieved good results.
