摘要
针对矿山机电设备的维修工作,分析了维修过程中存在的主要问题,包括设备故障率高、维修效率低、维修人员专业素质参差不齐等,并提出了切实可行的解决方案,如加强设备预防性维护、优化维修流程、加大维修人员培训力度等,最后强调了加强机电设备维修管理工作的重要性,对保障煤矿安全高效运行具有重大意义.
Abstract
Aiming at the maintenance work of mine electromechanical equipment,the main problems existing in the maintenance process were analyzed,including high equipment failure rate,low maintenance efficiency and uneven professional quality of maintenance personnel,and practical solutions were put forward,such as strengthening the preventive maintenance of equipment,optimizing the maintenance process,increasing the training of maintenance personnel,etc.Finally,the importance of strengthening the maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment was emphasized,which is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of coal mines.
