摘要
分析了煤矿带式输送机的基本原理以及安装调试的重要性.在安装调试过程中,胶带松紧不当、传动装置故障和电气系统故障被认定为主要问题.针对这些问题,提出了一系列有效的处理方法,以确保带式输送机的正常运行和生产效率.可以为类似设备的安装调试提供有益的参考,提高生产系统的稳定性和可靠性.
Abstract
The basic principle and the importance of installation and commissioning of coal mine belt conveyors were analyzed.During the installation and commissioning process,improper tape tightness,transmission failure and electrical system failure were identified as the main problems.Aiming at these problems,a series of effective treatment methods were put forward to ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of belt conveyor,which can provide useful reference for the installation and commissioning of similar equipment and improve the stability and reliability of production system.
