摘要

对皮带机的结构和优势进行综述,深入探讨了皮带机跑偏故障的原因,包括安装问题、操作不当、振动老化等.在此基础上,提出了一系列跑偏故障处理措施,如定期维护检查设备、使用自动化控制系统、优化易磨损材料、调整托辊位置以及加强对皮带机的管理工作等,可以为煤矿生产的稳定运行提供有益参考.

Abstract

The structure and advantages of belt conveyor were summarized,and the causes of belt conveyor deviation fault were deeply discussed,including installation problems,improper operation,vibration aging and so on.On this basis,a series of deviation fault treatment measures were put forward,such as regular maintenance and inspection of equipment,the use of automatic control system,the optimization of wear-prone materials,the adjustment of roller position and the strengthening of the management of belt conveyor,which can provide useful reference for the stable operation of coal mine production.
