寺河煤矿过断层巷道围岩支护技术研究与应用

针对过断层破碎带巷道围岩支护难度大、顶板冒落、片帮的问题,以寺河煤矿 3#煤轨道巷为研究背景,通过现场勘察和分析围岩变形机理,在原支护方案的基础上提出了"超前预注浆+锚杆索网+U型钢+喷射混凝土"的优化支护方案,并采用数值模拟验证了该支护方案的有效性.现场结果表明,采用该优化支护方案可以有效控制过断层巷道围岩的变形破坏.
Research and Application of Surrounding Rock Support Technology for Roadway Crossing Fault in Sihe Coal Mine
Aiming at the problems of high difficulty in supporting the surrounding rock,and high possibility of roof fall and flaking of the roadway over the fault broken zone,the optimized support scheme of"pre-injection grouting+anchor ropes and nets+U-beam+sprayed concrete"is proposed on the basis of the original support scheme,which is verified by numerical simulation with the optimization scheme of"pre-injection grouting+anchor rods and rope nets+U-beam+sprayed concrete".Based on the original support scheme,the optimized support scheme of"pre-injection grouting+anchor cable network+U-beam+shotcrete"is proposed,and the effectiveness of the support scheme is verified through numerical simulation.The results of field industrial test show that the optimized support scheme can effectively control the deformation and damage of the peripheral rock of the tunnel across the fault.
