摘要

以泽州天安苇町煤业 10#煤层 1031003 工作面为例,介绍了 1 种回采巷道支护优化方案,其具体包括主、辅运顺槽优化、主回撤通道优化、切眼支护优化 3 部分内容.为检验优化方案的实际应用价值,采用数值仿真模拟方法将原方案和优化后的方案进行了对比,并将优化方案应用于工程实践中,最终确认了该方案可以满足工作面巷道的支护要求.

Abstract

Taking 1031003 working face of 10#coal seam of Zezhou Tian'an Weiding Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,as an example,a mining roadway support optimization scheme was introduced,which included the optimization of main and auxiliary haulage gateway,the optimization of main withdrawal channel and the optimization of cut hole support.In order to test the practical application value of the optimization scheme,the numerical simulation method was used to compare the original scheme and the optimized scheme,and the optimization scheme was applied to the engineering practice,and finally confirmed that the scheme can meet the support requirements of the working face roadway.
