煤矿煤巷快速掘进工艺与围岩控制技术探究

随着全球能源需求增长,煤炭作为主要的一种能源,在世界能源结构中占有重要地位.煤矿的快速开采不仅能提升煤炭资源的开发效率,还能显著减少开采成本.但快速掘进工艺对煤矿巷道围岩的稳定性控制提出了更高要求,直接关系到矿工的安全与矿井的运行效率.为提高煤矿巷道掘进效率与安全性,采用了煤巷快速掘进工艺和围岩控制技术的综合分析方法.以一复杂地质条件下的煤矿为例,分析快速掘进工艺对围岩稳定性的影响,探讨了围岩支护技术的改进策略与智能监测系统的应用.结果表明,该方案能提升围岩的稳定性,减少巷道崩塌事故,有效支持了煤巷快速掘进工艺的实施,对推动煤矿安全生产具有重要的意义.
Fast Driving Technology and Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Coal Roadway in Coal Mines
With the growth of global energy demand,coal,as the main energy source,occupies an important position in the world energy structure.Rapid mining of coal mines can not only improve the development efficiency of coal resources,but also significantly reduce mining costs.However,rapid excavation technology puts forward higher requirements for the stability control of roadway surrounding rock,which is directly related to the safety of miners and the operation efficiency of mine.In order to improve the efficiency and safety of coal mine roadway,a comprehensive analysis method of fast driving technology and surrounding rock control technology of coal roadways was adopted.Taking a coal mine under complex geological conditions as an example,the influence of fast driving technology on the stability of surrounding rock was analyzed,and the improvement strategy of surrounding rock support technology and the application of intelligent monitoring system were discussed.The results show that the scheme can improve the stability of surrounding rock,reduce the collapse accident of roadway,effectively support the implementation of the fast driving technology of coal roadways,and has important significance to promote the safety of coal mine production.
