巷道破碎顶板的支护问题及改进研究

煤矿在开采过程中容易受到井下复杂地质环境的影响,对巷道的掘进支护造成一定的威胁.其中,陷落柱会导致煤层顶板破碎下沉、底板鼓起和两帮收缩,原顶板支护作业无法有效进行支护,为煤矿带来了安全隐患.以青磁窑煤矿为研究对象,分析了破碎顶板的支护问题,并探讨了支护方案的改进优化措施,提出了"永久支护+桁架锚杆支护+π型钢棚支护"的支护方案,经过实践应用后,明确了该优化方案的应用价值,有利于提高破碎顶板的支护效果.
Support Problems and Improvement of Broken Roof of Roadway
Coal mine is susceptible to the influence of complex geological environment in the mining process,which poses a certain threat to the excavation support of roadway.Among them,the collapse column will cause the coal seam roof to break and sink,the floor bulge and the two sides to shrink,and the original roof support operation can not be effectively supported,which brings safety risks to the coal mine.Taking Qingciyao Coal Mine as the research object,the support problems of broken roof was analyzed,and the improvement and optimization measures of the support scheme were discussed,and the support scheme of"permanent support+truss anchor support+π steel shed support"was proposed.After practical application,the application value of the optimization scheme was clear,which is conducive to improving the support effect of broken roof.
