摘要

长距离巷道存在瓦斯涌出量大且不稳定的现象,传统驱动方式下的局部通风机无法满足节能和监控的要求,为此开发了一套双变频器驱动的局部通风机系统.该系统在掘进面迎头处、掘进巷道回风流处、回风巷混合处布置了 3 套瓦斯传感器,变频器依据 3处监测点瓦斯体积分数自动运行,实现自动排瓦斯和自动通风等功能.

Abstract

There is a phenomenon of large and unstable gas emission in long-distance roadways,and the local ventilator under traditional driving methods cannot meet the requirements of energy conservation and monitoring.Therefore,a dual frequency converter driven local ventilator system was developed.The system is equipped with three sets of gas sensors at the front of the excavation face,the return air flow of the excavation roadway,and the mixed return air roadway.The frequency converter automatically operates based on the gas volume fraction at the three monitoring points,achieving functions such as automatic gas drainage and ventilation.
