浅谈生物质热解气化高效利用技术

随着中国经济快速增长,各项建设获得了显著成就,但也因此受到了资源和环境的限制.随着"双碳"政策的提出,近年来国家大力倡导绿色低碳能源,并先后出台了一系列政策予以支持.目前,中国对于生物质能的开发依旧采用较为粗犷的模式,传统生物质裂解气化装置会出现生物质燃气热值低、焦油含量高、反应器本体容易烧偏等各种技术类问题,而利用热化学反应方式可以使生物质原材料在低氧环境下得以高效利用.拥有良好的反应体配置且基于空气动力学原理的合理配管系统,即可提高热值、降低焦油产出量,生产出环境友好型高效燃气.结合生物质热解气化的原理对其高效利用技术进行了探讨分析.
High Efficiency Utilization Technology of Biomass Pyrolysis and Gasification
With the rapid growth of the Chinese economy,significant achievements have been made in various construction projects,but they have also been limited by resources and the environment.With the introduction of the"dual carbon"policy,the country has vigorously advocated for green and low-carbon energy in recent years,and has successively introduced a series of policies to support it.At present,China still adopts a relatively rough model for the development of biomass energy.Traditional biomass cracking and gasification devices may encounter various technical problems such as low calorific value of biomass gas,high tar content,and easy reactor body burning deviation.However,the use of thermochemical reaction methods can efficiently utilize biomass raw materials in low oxygen environments.Having a well-designed reactor configuration and a reasonable piping system based on aerodynamic principles can increase calorific value,reduce tar production,and produce environmentally friendly and efficient gas.This paper explored and analyzed the efficient utilization technology of biomass pyrolysis and gasification based on its principles.
