摘要
为加快非常规天然气基地建设,山西省正在统筹推进煤层气增储上产与消纳利用.从山西省煤层气消纳利用现状出发,梳理分析了影响煤层气消纳利用的主要因素,提出了山西省煤层气消纳利用的 4 点对策建议,包括打造高端产业集群、优化煤层气定价机制、完善基础配套设施及加强行业综合监管.并结合山西保障能源安全和落实"双碳"战略等现实需要,认为山西煤层气在工业用能替代和交通燃料升级领域更具有增长空间.
Abstract
In order to accelerate the construction of unconventional natural gas bases,Shanxi Province is coordinating the increase of coalbed methane storage,production,consumption and utilization.Starting from the current situation of coalbed methane consumption and utilization in Shanxi Province,the main factors affecting coalbed methane consumption and utilization were analyzed,and four countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for coalbed methane consumption and utilization in Shanxi Province,including building high-end industrial clusters,optimizing coalbed methane pricing mechanisms,improving basic matching facilities,and strengthening comprehensive industry supervision.Combined with the practical needs of ensuring energy security and implementing the"dual carbon"strategy in Shanxi,it is believed that Shanxi's coalbed methane has more growth potential in the fields of industrial energy substitution and transportation fuel upgrading.
