选煤厂电气干扰及其处理措施

摘要
煤矿选煤厂在生产过程中时常发生电气干扰问题,严重制约了煤矿企业的安全生产.为了提高选煤厂机电设备的安全稳定性,避免电气干扰导致设备停机,分析了选煤厂电气干扰类型,针对静电干扰、电磁干扰、脉冲干扰等电气干扰提出了屏蔽、接地、滤波、电路平衡等有效的处理措施,期望可以解决选煤厂电气干扰问题,确保电气设备正常运行.
Abstract
In coal mine preparation plants,electrical interference often occurs in the production process,which seriously restricts the safety production of coal mine enterprises.In order to improve the safety and stability of electromechanical equipment and avoid the equipment shutdown caused by electrical interference in coal preparation plants,the types of electrical interference in coal preparation plants were analyzed,and effective treatment measures such as shielding,grounding,filtering,and circuit balance were proposed for electrical interference such as electrostatic interference,electromagnetic interference and pulse interference,hoping to solve the problem of electrical interference and ensure the normal operation of the electrical equipment in coal preparation plants.
