摘要

煤矿智能化建设基于井下掘进和开采的整套流程与全部需求,以煤矿综合自动化技术、在线数据监测技术、物联网技术、采矿工程技术为支撑,建立信息采集、通信、数据分析、控制处理和决策制定的系列化支撑模型和软硬件系统,达到开采过程信息化管理的目的,充分运用智能化技术手段降低安全事故发生的风险,实现煤矿全信息链信息融通.研究目的是把三元微子镇煤业打造成安全高效、绿色智能、国内领先的智能化矿井.

Abstract

Based on the whole process and all the requirements of the underground tunneling and mining,and supported by the comprehensive automation technology of coal mine,online data monitoring technology,Internet of Things technology and mining engineering technology,the intelligent coal mine establishes a series of support models and software and hardware systems for information collection,communication,data analysis,control processing and decision-making,so as to achieve the purpose of information management in the mining process,make full use of intelligent technology to reduce the risk of safety accidents,and realize the information integration of the whole information chain of coal mine.The purpose of the research is to build Sanyuan Weizizhen Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.into a safe,efficient,green,intelligent and domestic leading intelligent mine.
