综采工作面乳化液泵远程集中智能供液系统研究

为更好地满足 6301 工作面乳化液需求,设计了基于变频+工频控制、光纤通信及监测技术的远程集中智能供液系统并进行工程应用.远程集中智能供液系统通过光纤通信网与顺槽集控中心通信,从而实时掌握采面乳化液需求,以便及时作出响应;采用变频乳化液泵+蓄能器提高供液系统压力稳定性,同时依据压力传感器获取压力变化调节变频乳化液泵转速,确保供液系统压力稳定.结合需求具体提出恒压供液系统布置方案、设计供液管路及泵站运行控制策略.在 6301 工作面现场应用后,远程集中智能供液系统运行平稳,不但可满足采面快速推进需要,而且降低设备能耗及后续搬家倒面工作量,工程应用效果显著.
Remote Centralized Intelligent Liquid Supply System of Emulsion Pump in Fully-mechanized Mining Face
In order to better meet the emulsion requirements of 6301 working face,a remote centralized intelligent liquid supply system based on frequency conversion+power frequency control,optical fiber communication and monitoring technology was designed and applied in engineering.The remote centralized intelligent liquid supply system communicates with the central control center of crossheading through the optical fiber communication network to grasp the demand of face emulsion in real time,so as to respond in time;adopt variable frequency emulsion pump+accumulator to improve the pressure stability of the liquid supply system,and adjust the speed of the variable frequency emulsion pump according to the pressure change obtained by the pressure sensor to ensure the pressure stability of the liquid supply system.According to the demand,the constant-pressure liquid supply system layout scheme was proposed,and liquid supply pipeline and pumping station operation control strategy were designed.After the field application in the 6301 working face,the remote centralized intelligent liquid supply system run smoothly,which can not only meet the needs of rapid advance of the mining face,but also reduce the energy consumption of the equipment and the workload of the subsequent moving face,and the engineering application effect was remarkable.
