Design of Underground Pipeline Gas Extraction Concentration Detection System
A pipeline gas extraction concentration detection system based on the driving face was designed.The detection system consists of a ground master controller+underground slave controller,a ground master display system+underground slave display system.The data exchange between controllers and between controllers and display system were completed by CAN communication.The detection system used the electromagnetic gate valve as the actuator,and the software algorithm can automatically find the optimal gas extraction concentration and realize the automatic control of gas concentration.The detection system realized real-time monitoring of running state through configuration technology.Finally,the test and analysis were completed in 15151 driving face of Guandi Coal Mine.The analysis results show that the detection system can detect the concentration of gas extraction pipeline in real time and accurately,which verifies the accuracy and practicability of the system.
