摘要

通风机在矿井通风系统中扮演着重要角色,担负向井下输送新鲜空气、稀释空气中的有害物质和排放粉尘等任务.主要以矿山通风实验平台为基础,建立智能通风实验平台,对控制系统硬件与软件进行设计选型,实现通风节能监测监控系统的采集、处理和控制功能.同时,对实验系统数据进行整理分析,验证了系统节能技术的可靠性.研究旨在提高系统自动化与智能化水平,为后续通风机研究提供借鉴基础.

Abstract

Ventilators play an important role in mine ventilation systems,responsible for delivering fresh air underground,diluting harmful substances in the air,and emitting dust.Based on the mining ventilation experimental platform,an intelligent ventilation experimental platform was established to design and select the hardware and software of the control system,and to achieve the collection,processing,and control functions of the ventilation energy saving monitoring and control system.At the same time,the data of the experimental system was sorted and analyzed to verify the reliability of the energy saving technology of the system.The research aimed to improve the level of system automation and intelligence,providing a reference basis for subsequent research on ventilation fans.
