开拓煤业11号煤沿空留巷技术研究

随着开拓煤业一水平 2、3 号煤层的可采资源逐渐枯竭,开始水平延深开采 11 号煤层,并根据 2、3 号煤层的开采经验,优化了 11 号煤层的回采方案.开拓煤业一水平回采工作面采用了传统的 1 个工作面 2 条顺槽的布置方案,因井田面积较小,在采煤工作面和回采工作面相向推进时,动压叠加区容易相互影响,从而导致巷道变形及维护困难,2个回采工作面间留设的煤柱还造成了资源浪费,而且回采工作面多掘顺槽增加了人工成本和巷道的掘进成本.
Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology in 11#Coal Seam of Kaituo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.
With the gradual depletion of exploitable resources in the first level 2#and 3#coal seams of Kaituo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,horizontal deep mining of 11#coal seam began.Based on the mining experience of 2#and 3#coal seams,the mining plan for 11#coal seam was optimized.The horizontal mining face of Kaituo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.adopted the traditional layout plan of one working face and two crossheadings.Due to the small area of the mining field,the dynamic pressure overlapping area was prone to mutual influence when the mining face and the mining face advanced in the opposite direction,resulting in tunnel deformation and maintenance difficulties.The coal pillars left between the two mining faces also caused resource waste,and the excavation of multiple crossheadings in the mining face increased labor costs and tunnel excavation costs.
