摘要

针对煤矿采掘工作面的顶板管理问题,首先总结了国内外的研究现状、技术方法和管理问题;然后深入探讨了煤矿顶板的稳定性和支护技术,包括岩层特征、评估方法、支护材料及结构设计,提出了顶板管理的优化策略,该策略涉及安全开采、环境保护、经济管理、人员培训和技术推广等方面;最后总结了顶板管理存在的不足之处,并指出未来的研究方向,强调了新技术应用和跨学科研究的重要性,以期提升煤矿顶板管理水平,并促进煤矿的可持续发展.

Abstract

Aiming at the roof management of coal mining working face,the research status,technical methods and management problems at home and abroad were summarized.Then,the stability and support technology of coal mine roof were discussed in depth,including rock characteristics,evaluation methods,support materials and structural design.The optimization strategy of roof management was put forward,which involves safety mining,environmental protection,economic management,personnel training and technology promotion.Finally,the shortcomings of roof management were summarized,and future research directions were pointed out,emphasizing the importance of new technology applications and interdisciplinary research in order to improve the level of coal mine roof management and promote sustainable development of coal mines.
