深部开采复合顶板巷道围岩优化支护技术研究

针对深部开采复合顶板巷道围岩变形量大、支护难度高等问题,以山西A矿 11205 进风顺槽为研究对象,通过应用顶板离层监测技术及钻孔摄像探测仪,对原有支护方案下围岩控制效果不佳的情况进行了分析,发现了锚杆及锚索锚固区未在稳定岩层内,且锚固区均处于顶板离层量较大的区域,从而导致顶板下沉量变大.因此,提出了增加锚索长度,提高锚杆、锚索的支护密度及强度,以及使用高强度护表材料等方式优化围岩支护方案,现场监测表明,11205 进风顺槽采用该优化支护方案后效果显著,可有效解决深部开采复合顶板巷道围岩变形严重的问题.
Optimized Surrounding Rock Support Technology of Deep Mining Roadway with Composite Roof
Aiming at the problems of large deformation and high support difficulty in the surrounding rock of deep mining roadway with composite roof,taking 11205 air inlet crossheading of Shanxi A Mine as the research object,the poor control effect of surrounding rock under the original support scheme was analyzed by applying roof separation monitoring technology and drilling camera detection instrument,and it was found that the anchor rod and cable anchoring area were not in the stable rock formation,and moreover,the anchoring areas were all located in the areas with large amount of roof separation,which led to the increase of roof subsidence.Therefore,it was proposed to increase the length of anchor cable,improve the supporting density and strength of anchor rod and anchor cable,and use high-strength surface protection materials to optimize the surrounding rock support scheme.Field monitoring showed that the optimized support scheme adopted by 11205 air inlet crossheading had remarkable effects,which can effectively solve the serious deformation of surrounding rock in deep mining roadway with composite roof.
