煤矿中大孔径高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术的应用

在进行井下采矿作业中,其覆岩容易受到采动的影响出现运移和破断等问题,在裂隙纵横交错分布下容易形成空间裂隙场,为泄压游离的瓦斯提供了富集空间,对开采造成了较大的瓦斯富集隐患.为了进一步提高采空区裂隙带瓦斯的抽采效果,以一煤矿的开采为例,先进行对应工作面的概述,然后提出大孔径(Φ203 mm)高位长钻孔抽采技术并进行分析,最后结合实际对大孔径高位定向长钻孔的各参数进行了设计.实际应用证明,该方案具有良好的瓦斯抽采效果,能提高矿企的瓦斯治理能力.
Application of High-position Gas Drainage Technology with Large and Medium Borehole in Coal Mines
In underground mining operations,the overlying rock is prone to migration and fracture due to the influence of mining,and it is easy to form a spatial fracture field under the criss-cross distribution of fractures,which provides enrichment space for free gas relief,and causes a large hidden danger of gas enrichment for mining.In order to further improve the gas drainage effect in the fissured zone of goaf,taking the mining of a coal mine as an example,the corresponding working face was summarized first,and then the drainage technology with high and long borehole with large aperture(Φ203 mm)was proposed and analyzed.Finally,the parameters of high long directional borehole with large aperture were designed according to the actual situation.Practical application proves that the scheme has good gas drainage effect and can improve the gas control ability of mining enterprises.
