摘要

分析了氮气预裂技术在温庄煤业快速过断层岩石中的应用,提出了高能氮气预裂断层坚硬岩石的方法,给出了合理的预裂参数.实践表明:采用氮气预裂技术不但避免了传统炸药的弊端,而且致裂缝展长达 0.8 m,岩石碎裂块度控制在 300~500 mm,预裂效果好;采高 3m左右的煤壁施工 3 排钻孔后采煤机可顺利截割并快速通过断层岩石区,且基本没有额外的截齿损耗,达到了预期效果,为周边煤矿快速预裂断层坚硬岩石提供了参考.

Abstract

The application of nitrogen presplitting technology in the rapid passage of fault rocks in Wenzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was analyzed,a method of high-energy nitrogen presplitting hard rock was proposed,and reasonable presplitting parameters were provided.Practice showed that using high-energy nitrogen presplitting technology not only eliminated the drawbacks of traditional explosives,but also led to a crack length of 0.8 m,rock block size of 300-500 mm,and good presplitting effect;after constructing 3 rows of boreholes on the coal wall with a mining height of about 3 m,the coal mining machine can smoothly cut and quickly pass through the fault rock area without any additional tooth loss,achieving the expected effect,which can provide a reference basis for rapid presplitting hard fault rocks in the surrounding coal mines.
